Production Studios, Event Spaces, and Creative Services in NYC

Food and Beverage Services

Gourmet catering is available through Spring Place's member restaurant. Grounded in Italian influence and farm-to-table sourcing, the culinary program showcases fresh, seasonal ingredients in contemporary dishes inspired by classic European cuisine.

Outside caterers are welcome, and many events combine external catering teams with Spring Place's culinary program. An 810-square-foot commissary kitchen is available for an additional fee, subject to availability, and the venue's liquor license accommodates premium bar service.

We hold a firm belief that the culinary experience at Spring should be best in class as you define it. We are happy to make accommodations to meet your needs.

Brand Activation & Building Branding

Spring offers subtle yet impactful branding opportunities that extend well beyond the event space itself. Sixth-floor window vinyls overlooking Tribeca, immersive takeovers of the 20-foot lobby LED screen, and more than 50 feet of brandable Varick Street frontage allow brands to create a cohesive presence throughout the campus.

Enhance your activation with SAPO vehicular permits, architectural lighting, and large-format exterior branding that turns the surrounding neighborhood into an extension of your campaign.

As an option, we offer pre-designed or customizable content across 23 digital screens throughout the building.

Production Equipment

Our film and photo production studio in NYC offers an extensive inventory of professional equipment available for economic rental, with additional gear sourced through trusted production partners when required.

Events at Spring are supported by our exclusive A/V partners, a short list of approved vendors with extensive experience in the building, at other Tier One venues, and across landmarks in New York. State-of-the-art equipment and venue-integrated infrastructure streamline load-in and load-out, while turnkey A/V solutions (including dual 100-inch displays and a professional sound system) are available for smaller gatherings of up to 125 guests.

Event & Content Production Packages

Pre-designed event packages simplify the planning process for clients who book directly and don't require full-scale experiential production. Each package includes venue rental, curated furniture selections, an A/V package, and environmental branding built around existing layouts and permitting requirements. Packages are tiered to accommodate 100 to 250 guests, seated, or larger groups for receptions or events on a flow.

Extend the life of your event with social-first content produced by Spring's in-house content team. Packages include one, three, or five professionally edited reels delivered within 24 hours, with content scaled to match everything from creator-style coverage to fully produced campaign assets.
